New Member Nominations are Open!

We are excited to announce that nominations for new members are now open! As always, your nominee must be 21 years of age at time of election and must have lived in Bexar County or the surrounding vicinity for at least the last two years. All applications must be accompanied by a digital photograph of the proposed member emailed to the town club admin at thetownclubsa@gmail.com.  Applications are due August 30, 2025.

An application does not count as a letter.  You should also draft a letter for the member you are proposing with more detail on how you know them and why they would be a valuable addition to Town Club.  All letters of recommendation should comply with the following rules:

• NO copies of letters;

• NO form letters that are the same for multiple applicants with names changed;

• NO emails accepted as a letter;

• The letter should be personal and share a time you met or engaged the prospective member;

• With membership approaching the threshold of 525 members, the board’s expectations are that a sufficient number of active members should endorse your candidate and pen a personal letter.
